MFNY is a “seed-to-shelf” operation

We’ve all heard the term “farm-to-table.” At MFNY we’re “seed-to-shelf” which makes us a uniquely Single Source cannabis operation. That means we actively and exactingly manage and oversee every process from cultivation to processing to distribution at the dispensaries.

At the farm, we start with our expansive library of strains that ensures we can offer a wide range of varieties to customers. We take those seeds and plant them here on our Hudson Valley farmland and in mixed-light greenhouses (we’ve got several football field-sized greenhouses that allow us to grow all year long, controlling every condition).

After harvesting, for smokable flower, we hand-dry and hand-trim to deliver only the best nugs to our customers. For our range of specialized THC products like concentrates, vape pens/carts, and edibles, we flash-freeze the plants within 15 minutes of harvest to lock in all the terpenes and cannabinoids of the plant. The frozen flower buds will end up in our state-of-art extraction labs for solventless and hydrocarbon extractions. Finally, we package it all up and deliver it to the stores.
