That's our "high-ku" thanking the great folks from The Poetry Society of New York for organizing The 14th Annual New York City Poetry Festival.
"PoFest" is a two-day wonderland of words that takes place every July on Governor's Island. Festival goers wandered the grounds taking in live poetry readings and having poets type up unique poems on-the-spot. Our friends from Work'N'Roll were on-hand to provide samples of MFNY gummies and a dab bar to experience our live rosin concentrates.
We were there not just to promote cannabis and its indelible connection to creativity, but to participate in the poetry. So we gave away "High Notes" notebooks and encouraged people to pen poems inspired by plant power. Below are some of the results.
